Scout and Guides First Aid Training

As a local first aid and fire training business, we are proud to support Scouts and Guides with subsidised training in SE Qld and Wide Bay Burnett.

Encompass Safety can provide:

  • Perform CPR
    A nationally recognised Australian training unit that teaches the essential skills and knowledge needed to respond to a cardiac or breathing emergency.
  • Provide First Aid
    A nationally recognised Australian training unit that teaches the essential skills and knowledge required to respond to a wide range of first aid emergencies in the workplace or community.

  • Remote First Aid (includes Perform CPR and Provide First Aid)
    A nationally recognised Australian training unit that teaches the advanced skills and knowledge required to provide first aid in remote or isolated locations where access to emergency medical services may be delayed.

  • Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy
    A nationally recognised Australian training unit that teaches advanced resuscitation techniques, oxygen therapy and emergency care for individuals requiring advanced life support before medical assistance arrives.

  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis competencies are an additional cost, if required.

Please note: Youth Members may attend accredited first aid training.

We recommend scheduling courses that include Youth Members on a Saturday or Sunday, or across two evenings, when Youth Members are participating. This format provides Youth Members with sufficient time to practise the required skills and the best opportunity to complete their assessments successfully.
